日本にも海外にも fog の製品を取り扱ってくださっているお店はたくさんあります。それはいったいどのようなお店で、どんな方々がオーナーなのでしょうか？そして彼らの暮らしぶりはどんな風？そんなことを知りたくなって、彼らにいくつかの質問をしてみました。今回はカリフォルニアのオークランドでライフスタイルショップをされているとっても素敵な女性 Jamie さんにお話しを伺いました。

Q.お店をオープンしたのはいつですか？
When did you open your store?

2007 年にカリフォルニアのオークランドにお店をオープンしました。
We opened our store in 2007 in Oakland, California!



Q.fog linen workを知ったきっかけは？
How did you get to know fog linen work?

確か Selvedge Magazine の記事で fogのことを知ったんだと思います。
その 1 年後に NY の展示会に出展すると知って会いに行ったのよ！
I think we found out about Fog Linen Work in an article in Selvedge Magazine… and then a year later saw that you were showing at a show in NY- and came to see you there!


Q.fog のお気に入りの商品はなんですか？どういうところが好きですか？
What is your favorite fog linen item? How do you like it?

キッチンクロスが大好きです。使えば使うほどどんどん味が出て使いやすくなります。
そしてリネンはとても丈夫で 15 年経ってもまだ使えているの！
リネントレイと DIY シリーズのフックなども好きです。
We really love the kitchen cloths… the more you use them the better they get!
The linen is so durable they are still being used after almost 15 years!
We also love the coated trays and DIY household metal hooks, holders, etc.
