When did you start your store?
2020年12月にオープンしました。ステーショナリーブランドとして成長していくために、スタジオと倉庫を兼ねた広いオフィススペースを探していたところ、たまたまショップフロントもあるこの美しいスペースに出会いました。お店をオープンすることは想定していませんでしたが、本社移転のニュースを Instagram でシェアしたところ、私たちの大切なお客様から「Emma Kate Co.のお店はいつオープンするの？」というコメントをいただきました。そこで、当初予定していたスタジオやショールームではなく、ショップフロントを利用してポップアップストアのトライアルを行うことにしました。オープン後、私たちはすぐにこのお店を気に入り、ポップアップではなく、常設のお店にすることにしました。2 年経った今、この美しいブティックがない生活は考えられません。今後は、さらに美しいものへと成長、拡大する計画を立てています。
We opened our petite boutique in December 2020. We were looking for a new and bigger office space to accommodate our growing stationery brand's studio and warehouse, and we happened to come across the most beautiful space that also included a shopfront. We didn't imagine opening a store, but when we shared news of our new HQ on our Instagram page, suddenly all of our beautiful + loyal customers were asking "when is the Emma Kate Co. shopfront opening?!" and commenting that they couldn't wait until local and international borders opened, so that they could come and visit us! We decided to use the shopfront area to trial a pop up retail store (rather than the studio / showroom space we had originally planned). After opening, we instantly loved our petite boutique so much that we decided to make the popup much more permanent! Two years on, we couldn't imagine life without our beautiful boutique and we are making plans to grow and expand this part of our business into something even more beautiful.

How did you get to know fog linen work?
きっかけは、一消費者としてです。 新婚旅行で訪れたタスマニアで、地元の素敵なブティックを覗いた時に、美しい真鍮の商品に出会ったんです。一目ぼれしてしまい、スーツケース半分を埋め尽くすほどのフォグリネンワークの商品を持ち帰りました。そして休暇あけ、すぐに取引申請をしました！
As a customer! I came across the beautiful brass pieces when on honeymoon in Tasmania and browsing some beautiful local boutiques. It was love at first sight for me, and I took home half a suitcase full of beautiful Fog Linen Work wares. When I returned back to work from our holiday, I instantly applied to become a stockist too!

How do you describe your store and what are you carrying?
私たちのお店は、ステーショナリーとライフスタイルのショップです。グリーティングカード、ノート、ジャーナル、ペン、手帳、美しいアクセサリーなど、私たち自身がデザインし、製造した文房具を中心に取り扱っています。それに加えて、キャンドル、インテリアファブリック、ホームグッズ、ジュエリー、トラベルアクセサリー、ギフトなど、国内外の美しいライフスタイルやホームウェアのブランドを厳選して取り扱っています。
We are a stationery and lifestyle boutique. We mostly carry our own stationery products that we design and manufacture ourselves, including greeting cards, notebooks, journals, pens, planners and beautiful accessories. To complement our own offering, we stock a considered curation of beautiful Australian and International lifestyle and homewares brands, such as candles, soft furnishings, home goods, jewellery, travel accessories and gifts.

ブラストレイがお気に入りです。ジュエリートレイやピラーキャンドルホルダーとして愛用しています。
The brass trays. I adore using these as jewellery trinket trays and to hold pillar candles.
